Morning at leisure. Afternoon tour taking in Sidi Saiyyed mosque,
Hutheesing Jain temple, Gandhi ashram, Dada Hari

Walking tour of the old city visiting Mangaldas ni haveli,
Manek Chowk square, the kite museum and Sankhej

Drive to Dassada to spend 2 nights at the Rann Riders Eco-Resort.
En route visit the Modhera sun temple, built in 1026;
the Rani-ki-Vav stepwell, one of the grandest stepwells in

Enjoy a desert safari across the Little Rann of Kutch, a saline
wilderness which is home to the wild ass as well as a
multitude of water birds. In the afternoon visit the local
Mihir, Rabari and Bajania tribes, who create some of the
most remarkable textiles in the country. (B, L, D)

Drive to Gogunda for a 2-night stay at Gogunda Palace, a
16th-century fortress. Lunch in the palace home of a
former ruling royal family. (B, L, D)

Day 7 : Gogunda
Morning at leisure. Afternoon sightseeing tour in the lakeside
city of Udaipur, visiting the city palace. Wander through the
streets of the old town before taking a cruise on
Lake Pichola. (B, D)

After breakfast depart for an overnight stay at Rawla Narlai,
located in the Aravalli hills. (B, D)

Day 9 : Manvar
Travel to Manvar for an overnight stay at Manvar Desert Camp.

blue-washed houses and imposing Mehrangarh fort.
